I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right across from a popular shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly, but I faced some issues with the service that significantly impacted my stay. The rooms were overall clean, but there were concerns about the maintenance that can't be ignored. It's definitely a family-friendly spot, but it needs improvement in certain areas.
